What is TREE's mission?
Our mission is to recruit, develop, support, and inspire teachers with the goal of transforming not only the teaching profession but also school cultures and societal attitudes towards education.

TREE has three flagship programs:
LINK - Our recruitment platform to help link schools with teachers, principals, and administrators.
BRIDGE - Our teacher training course for new teachers.
SUMMIT - Our ongoing professional development programs for teachers.

  • What is the LINK program all about?
  • Link is one of TREE's flagship programs. LINK helps schools recruit highly qualified teachers, principals, and administrators.
  • Who is LINK for?
  • LINK is for anyone who is looking for a job in the education sector. Whether you are currently an educator looking for better opportunities, or have been an educator in the past and looking to get back to the world of education, or even considering a complete shift in your career to teaching, we are committed to finding you the right fit with the right school. We also assist in finding administrative and leaderships jobs in schools.
  • FOR EDUCATOR ROLES/POSTS
  • Do you accept everyone who applies?
  • No, we do not accept all applicants. We have an application process that involves the following steps:

    Firstly, you are required to fill the online application available on our website www.treelearning.co.in Once we receive your filled- up application form, along with your resume and two references (professors from your college and/or previous or current employer), we will assess them, and we will contact you to schedule an interview with us. Our criteria for selection include the following:

    Minimum educational qualification -- a Bachelors degree from a legitimate college or university English language skills - spoken and written Subject knowledge in the subject area you wish to teach (especially for secondary school teachers) A sense of professionalism and a genuine commitment to the teaching profession

  • What are the qualification requirements of a LINK candidate?
  • Our criteria for selection include the following:

  • Do I need a B.Ed to be part of the LINK program?
  • No, you do not need a B.Ed. We work with many schools that do not require B.Eds.
  • If selected, what will you do for me?
  • Once you are selected, we will pair you up with a placement associate. Your personal placement associate will spend some time understanding what kind of school and position you're looking for. He/She will also help you introspect about your own strengths, and about how you would like to grow in your career. Then he or she will begin to send your resumes to appropriate schools and help you get interviews. Since we work with many wonderful schools, we can help you get interviews at schools that are a good fit for you. This process of working with a placement associate to get interviews is FREE for our LINK candidates.

    You will also have the option of availing our chargeable counselling services which include:

    Career Counselling - deeper reflection on where you are in your career, and where you'd like to go CV workshop - how can you polish your CV so that it stands out Mock Interview - how can you prepare yourself for your interviews and ensure that you are showcasing your strengths to schools

  • How much will it cost me?
  • The work that your placement associate does for you is FREE. He/She will help you get interviews at schools that are the right fit for you.
    Our optional, chargeable add-on services include:
    Full counselling package at Rs 2500

    ½ hour individual counselling session Customised CV assistance Mock interview with feedback

    For only CV assistance - Rs 500
  • Does the LINK program guarantee employment?
  • An agreement with TREE cannot and does not guarantee employment. However we only accept candidates into our LINK program if we feel quite sure that we will be able to place them successfully in a school. The vast majority of our candidates are placed in schools quite quickly. We will continue to work with you until you get placed.
  • Does LINK assign me to a particular school?
  • No, LINK does not assign you to a particular school. We will send your profile, CV, and other materials to a range of schools that we think are a good fit for you, and we will help you get interviews at these schools.
  • What are some tips for me when I am applying to LINK?
  • We believe that you should spend some time reflecting on your own journey as a teacher, as well as your own strengths and weaknesses, before you apply to LINK. We also encourage you to be honest and open with us when you apply.
    Think carefully about two good professional and/or educational references that you can give us, along with your CV and application.
  • How can I improve my chances in a job search?
  • The LINK program can help you get a good job in a school that's right for you! Our placement associates will work closely with you to help you improve your chances.
  • Can TREE help me work abroad?
  • No, TREE and the LINK program are focused on Indian schools. We work with a wide range of schools in India including

    - International Schools (that follow international curricula and may or may not have international faculty and students)
    - ICSE and CBSE schools
    - Some state board schools

  • What kinds of schools do you work with?

    We partner with schools that respect and value their teachers, and that are creative and forward thinking.
  • What is a Paid Internship?
  • You could avail the option of working in one of our member schools as a Paid intern for experience and/or exposure to the world of teaching and the classroom.
    As a paid intern, you will receive a small stipend while you teach. You will gain valuable hands-on teaching experience through the experience. This is perfect for someone without teaching experience, who would like to begin their teaching career.
